Beetacha Goda is a unique beetroot sabji hailing from the ancient kitchens of Pathare Prabhus in India.

Mix the sweetness of beetroots with some spicy Indian masalas to create this sweet and hot beetroot sabji. Hailing from the ancient kitchens of the Pathare Prabhu community of India’s Mumbai region, Beetacha Goda is a vegetarian version of the Mutton Goda.
Can be had with rotis (Indian bread) or steamed rice.
